New Hormone Certification!

I’m happy to share that I’ve completed my certification as a FABNE-Certified Naturopathic Endocrinologist.

FABNE (Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Endocrinology) is an advanced, post-doctoral certification focused on complex hormonal and metabolic conditions. This training goes far beyond basic hormone care and reflects a deep commitment to understanding the endocrine system as an interconnected whole.

This certification enhances my ability to support patients with conditions such as thyroid disorders, insulin resistance, PCOS, adrenal dysfunction, and hormone transitions like perimenopause and menopause — especially when symptoms are layered or labs don’t tell the full story.

Most importantly, it allows me to approach hormone health with greater nuance, evidence-informed strategies, and individualized care aimed at long-term regulation rather than symptom management alone.

I’m grateful to my patients who trust me with their care and allow me to continue growing as a clinician. This certification represents an ongoing commitment to thoughtful, comprehensive, root-cause medicine.
